What comes in the box?
Every Vortex and Vortex Pro includes the blower, one vacuum attachment kit, two rubber nozzles, a wrist strap and a protective storage bag.
Selected bundles include additional accessories. Check your chosen product’s “What’s in the box” list for the full contents.
What can I use it for?
Use it to clear dust and loose debris from car interiors, vents, workbenches and hard-to-reach areas around your home, workshop or campsite. The included vacuum attachment lets you collect small debris instead of blowing it away.
Choose the power mode and attachment to suit the job.
How powerful is the Vortex?
The Vortex has a turbine rated up to 110,000 RPM and four adjustable power modes, giving you control over airflow for everyday clean-ups.
What is the difference between the Vortex and Vortex Pro?
The Vortex is our standard 110,000 RPM model. The Vortex Pro upgrades to 130,000 RPM and adds a removable battery system, allowing you to swap in a charged spare.
Both models have four adjustable power modes and include the same standard accessories. Spare batteries are sold separately and fit the Vortex Pro only.
Does it include warranty?
Yes. Both the Vortex and Vortex Pro come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing faults.
If you experience a problem, contact blowncosupport@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help.
This warranty is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit those rights.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial guarantee on Vortex, Vortex Pro and accessories, including discounted products and bundles. You can open and reasonably test your purchase.
If it isn’t right for you, email blowncosupport@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Return it clean and complete, with all included accessories. Normal signs of reasonable testing are accepted; damage from misuse, accidents or modifications is not. Original packaging isn’t required.
You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Eligible returns receive a full refund, with no restocking fee or deduction for the original free delivery. Full bundle refunds require all bundle items to be returned.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied products are handled separately and aren’t limited to the 30-day trial. See our Refund Policy for full instructions and your Australian Consumer Law rights.
How is it charged?
Both the Vortex and Vortex Pro charge using USB-C. Charging time varies depending on the battery level, compatible power adapter and cable used. Follow the charging instructions supplied with your product.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life varies depending on the model, selected power mode and how you use it. Lower power settings provide longer runtime, while higher settings use the battery faster.
The Vortex Pro has a removable battery, allowing you to swap in a charged spare. Spare batteries are sold separately.
Do I need to buy the vacuum kit or nozzle pack separately?
Every Vortex and Vortex Pro already includes one vacuum attachment kit and two rubber nozzles.
The separately sold vacuum kit is an extra or replacement kit. The five-piece nozzle pack is an additional accessory set, available separately or with selected bundles.
The Pro Complete Kit includes a second vacuum kit, a five-piece nozzle pack and a spare battery, in addition to the blower’s standard accessories.

We offer free shipping across Australia. Estimated arrival is 6–9 business days, including order processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location or during busy periods. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its progress.
